Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery?

All deliveries are free (yes, free!) with no minimum spend. This includes both UK and international orders. However there is a charge if you want your order to be tracked, which is an option called “express shipping” which you can select at checkout.

How long do you take to deliver?

We aim to send all our UK deliveries within 7-9 business days.
International orders may take slightly longer depending on customs, but is estimated to take up to 13-30 days from the date of dispatch. 

Standard orders do not come with a tracking number, but express orders do. 

Where do you deliver to?

We do FREE (yes I must repeat this) shipping worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the UK.

What delivery service do you use?

We work closely with the Royal Mail in the UK.

Do you offer refunds?

We do accept refunds within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged or if we accidentally send the wrong product (though this has never happened), which we require photographic evidence of with reasoning through an email sent to us via the 'Contact Us' page. It will need to be unused. The products must be returned and the postage will not be covered. Alternatively we also offer refunds for any products lost in the post that are tracked (through express shipping). Our sets are “one size” so there are 24 nails of different sizes - hence we’re confident that there’s a suitable combination for women of any size, for this reason sizing is not an indication for a refund either.

If your order is not tracked, we cannot guarantee a refund for this. We do not accept refunds if you simply change your mind about the product, or do not like the product. If the item hasn’t arrived, and you haven’t got a tracking number to show this, we respect that this is the truth so we will resend it first class but cannot refund it. 

For any refunds, products must be sent back to the returns address with first class tracked delivery. Equally we can replace the product for free.

Faults with the product include damage to the nails - the absence of certain aspects (eg less than 24 nails / absence of replacement tabs etc) can all be replaced - please contact us so we can sort this out.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, but customers are responsible for covering the postage back to us.

(This tends to only be just over £1)

What about refunds on discounted items?

We will refund the discounted price and not the original retail price of the product.
